The Timber Valley Estates (TVE) Homeowners Association (HOA) is located in Deer Park, WA, and serves a premium gated neighborhood with custom homes on 10-acre lots, featuring privacy and country-like amenities.
TVE was incorporated and platted in early 2021 with the vision of creating and building a neighborhood with privacy and convenience in mind. When fully completed, there will be 80 homesites/homes on approximately 810 acres.
Zoned for allowing horses and homestead activities, TVE home owners enjoy the peace of the picturesque country with the convenience of a nearby city. TVE offers paved roads, high speed internet, underground power, gated private roads and large acreage parcels. Wells in the development are very healthy with production levels of 5-50 gpm.

We’re excited to share that Debbie Lewis has been elected to the Timber Valley Estates Homeowners Association Board, replacing outgoing board member Corey Condron.
Debbie, along with her husband Larry, is a property owner in Timber Valley Estates on Findley Lane and brings a strong background in both community involvement and development. She has served as a past HOA board member and Architectural Review Committee participant for a large development, and was actively involved in the transition from developer to homeowner governance.
In addition, Debbie has leadership experience as President of the Deer Park Hangar Association and a history of volunteer work supporting community causes. Her professional background in design and interior decorating also brings a thoughtful eye to maintaining the character and standards of our neighborhood.
As Timber Valley Estates continues to grow, Debbie’s experience and commitment to community will be a valuable asset.
